Please note that as we ship our parcels from Europe, we are trying our level best to accommodate our customers in every possible way and make the whole process as much convenient as possible. 

Our customers have the liberty to return any parcel to us within 7 days if certain conditions are met. In order to make this process less hectic for our customers we provide them a local return address in Pakistan. We receive our parcel in no time and customers get their money back quicker. 

Acceptable reasons for returns

We accept return of any item if it is because of one of the following reasons:

  1. Damaged/Defective upon arrival
  2. Not matched with description on the page
  3. Order received is incomplete
  4. No longer needed (We do not guarantee full refund in this case)

Acceptable conditions for returns

We accept returns if product is in following conditions:

  1. Unused & unopened
  2. Original packaging is intact

How do we issue refunds

All refunds will go through a simple process.

  1. You ship our parcel at our local address in Pakistan using TCS.
  2. Once received, we proceed to process refunds through your desired medium.
